 Nerissa Williams
MSc, Chartered FCIPD, CMgr MCMI, Tech IOSH, PGCE, MMRS

 

Nerissa is a senior cross sectional business leader with experience from various employment sectors, including being a former Non Executive Director for Disability Wales. Prior to this she held senior positions within the third sector and has lead on many social and economic development programmes with specific focus on health, social care and wellbeing issues at a strategic and national level.

Her career has developed through experience of working in different business streams, from retail and utilities management, to third sector and government funded programmes. Human Resource Management has always been at the centre of how she practises as a manager and a leader.

Nerissa has been involved with the South East Wales branch of the CIPD for many years, initially as the Policy Adviser, advising on

Nerissa holds membership to; The Market Research Society as well as the Chartered Management Institute, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a Technical Officer for IOSH. Nerissa also holds a PGCE and is an accomplished lecturer as well as a commercial trainer.
