Independent Grievance, Disciplinary and Whistle Blowing Investigations

Workplace investigation handling is one of the aspects of HRM that sometimes needs the support of an independent HR professional, who can perform an unbiased investigation in order to ascertain the facts from all sides. Blue Turtle Consultants, specialises in undertaking such investigations where there may be complex equality issues, such as Disability, Gender or Race discrimination involved, or cases of sometimes serious misconduct in the workplace.We will provide a full case management service from policy review, one to one interviews and hard data analysis, then produce a detailed report with recommendations on what steps can be made to improve the working situation.
